OCB is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support our multi-site organization across Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a wide range of technologies — from desktops and mobile devices to medical equipment and network systems — while making a direct impact on patient care operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support across multiple geographic locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and medical equipment
  • Support Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Active Directory
  • Assist with LAN/WAN and basic server troubleshooting
  • Manage and prioritize help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Install, upgrade, and repair computer systems and applications
  • Set up new employees with computers, phones, and system access
  • Document root causes, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles
  • Partner with internal teams and medical device vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Travel between OCB locations as needed

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems (Mitel/ShoreTel preferred)
  • Familiarity with VMware, virtual desktops (Horizon View), and medical devices is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
