OCB is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support our multi-site organization across Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a wide range of technologies — from desktops and mobile devices to medical equipment and network systems — while making a direct impact on patient care operations.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support across multiple geographic locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and medical equipment
- Support Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Active Directory
- Assist with LAN/WAN and basic server troubleshooting
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Install, upgrade, and repair computer systems and applications
- Set up new employees with computers, phones, and system access
- Document root causes, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles
- Partner with internal teams and medical device vendors to resolve technical issues
- Travel between OCB locations as needed
- Customer-service focused with a passion for technology
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior-level executives
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with remote support tools
- Knowledge of VoIP systems (Mitel/ShoreTel preferred)
- Familiarity with VMware, virtual desktops (Horizon View), and medical devices is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
