Cape Cod Eye Surgery & Laser Center (CCESLC) has a great opportunity for a Per Diem Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Sandwich, MA.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient care in the Pre-Op, PACU and OR Department of an Ophthalmic ambulatory/day surgery setting.


To qualify, you must…

  • Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 1 year nursing experience either in medical-surgical or recovery room.
  • Must be CPR and ACLS certified.
  • Ophthalmology experience a plus

Schedule: Must be able to commit to (2) 10-hour shifts per month. No weekends or evening hours!

Frequent tasks:  lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, reaching, and twisting of weights ranging from light to heavy at heights ranging from the foot to above the head.

Mobility:  walking up to 8-10 hours, standing 3-8 hours, stooping, bending, balancing, climbing, crouching and sitting.
