Senior Revenue Cycle Manager Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) | Full-Time 

Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is looking for a results-driven Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our end-to-end revenue cycle operations in a high-volume specialty

practice. This position will develop new workflows and improve billing operations for large multi-site private physician practice.

What You’ll Do

· Own the full revenue cycle: claims, denials, appeals, contracts & prior authorizations

· Lead and develop a large billing and credentialing team

· Drive denial reduction, clean claims, and revenue optimization

· Ensure coding accuracy and compliance (ICD-10, CPT)

· Partner with physicians, payers, and internal teams to improve outcomes

· Track KPIs and deliver actionable performance insights

What You Bring

· 5+ years in revenue cycle management (3+ years leading teams)

· Strong expertise in claims, denials, appeals

· Healthcare experience required; ophthalmology or specialty practice a plus

· Billing/EHR system proficiency; certifications preferred
