Practice Manager – Multi-Site Subspecialty

OCB is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead administrative and operational performance for a multi-provider subspecialty across multiple locations.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring regular travel between offices, strong physician partnership, and oversight of both in-office and remote teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excel at building cohesive, high-performing teams — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Lead:

Multi-site operations, workflows, and provider scheduling
Template optimization and clinic flow efficiency
Surgical and procedural scheduling coordination
Staff recruitment, development, and performance management
Data-driven decision making using operational and scheduling reports
Budget oversight and resource management

What You Bring:

5+ years of healthcare management experience
Strong analytical and operational leadership skills
Experience leading hybrid (remote + in-office) teams
Epic experience preferred
Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required
